Step 2: When the page loads, click on the link that says “Sign up for an available licence.” Fill in your contact information on the sign-up form. Make sure you have a working email address or phone number.
Step 3: For the registration, create a unique username and password. To finish the sign-up procedure, click Register after filling out the form.
Step 4: You will receive a sign-up success confirmation message through SMS and email after your account has been activated.
Remember that this user ID is only valid for 30 days; if you do not apply online during that time, your user ID will be disabled.
