• Non-receipt of Invoice / Warranty

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• Book is damaged due to misuse/overuse
• Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
• Serial Number is tampered
• Damaged books reported after 2-days.
• Book or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product.

What is the cancellation process?

If your order has not been shipped: The order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellation, please call +91-2791 0001 and speak to the customer care executive in Refund & Cancellation division.

If your order has been shipped: Fill the Return Form, Return the Product and we start the Refund Process.
